Secor Scholarship Application
Please have the following items ready to attach before completing this application: School Activity Log, Community Service Log, Faith-based Service Log, Additional Service Log. These logs can be simple Word documents listing dates, activities and positions held. Also be sure to have three e-mail addresses for references. These references can be from teachers, guidance counselors, coaches, agency representative, employer or faith-based contact. It is also advised that you craft a 250 word essay prior to completing this form. Then simply cut and paste into the field for submission.
